Isa_66:2 –
      2“For My hand made all these things, Thus all these things came into being,” declares the LORD. “But to this one I will look, To him who is humble and contrite of spirit, and who trembles at My word.

Look:
▪︎ God seeks those completely devoted to Him – Isa 66:2; 2Chron 16:9;
▪︎ God looks over and cares for those who are His – Psa 33:13; Psa 80:14; Lam 5:1;

Humble:
▪︎ Those who are humble – poor, afflicted, humble – 2Sam 22:27-28; Ps 25:16, 69:29; Isa 49:13, 57:15; Zeph 3:12; Matt 5:3;

Contrite:
▪︎ Those who are contrite of spirit – smitten, stricken – 2Sam 4:4, 9:3; Ps 51:17;
▪︎ God lives with the contrite of heart – Isa 57:15;

Tremble:
▪︎ Those who tremble at God’s Word – Isaiah 66:5; Ezra 9:4;
